  • Booking Confirmation: To secure and confirm your booking, the company requires a 20% payment of the total tour cost. Please note that this percentage may vary depending on the itinerary, trip category, and duration, and your personal travel consultant will provide you with the exact amount.
  • Payment Methods: Online payments are accepted through our secure payment gateway.
  • Bank Charges: Any bank charges or payment gateway charges for remittances are the sole responsibility of the passengers and should be borne accordingly.
  • Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, it is mandatory to inform the company in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the cancellation in writing.
  • Transportation Tickets: Cancellation charges for any mode of transportation tickets will be applicable as per the rules and regulations of the concerned authority.
  • Peak Travel Season: During the peak travel season, particularly the pilgrimage season, no refund will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason.
  • Hotel Cancellation Policy: Each hotel may have its own cancellation policy, which may differ during the peak travel season. In such cases, the travel agent is obligated to follow the hotel's cancellation policy.

Any additional charges imposed due to cancellation will be the responsibility of the client, not the travel agent.
